About Ceyran
How we started
Tural Aliyev founded the company in 2013. Before that he was a driver meeting guests at the airport, and every day he heard the same complaint: people wanted to drive themselves, but saw one price on a website and were quoted another at the office.
In the first year there were six Hyundai Accents, and Tural signed the contracts himself. The three rules he set then have not changed:
- The price on the site is the price in the contract. Nothing is added at the office.
- The deposit is handed back on the spot when you return the car.
- We look the car over together at handover, so no “new” scratches turn up when you bring it back.

How we look after the cars
The rules are the same for every car in the fleet, from economy to premium.
- Servicing
- Every 10,000 km at the official dealer. The service book stays in the car; ask and we will show it.
- Age and mileage
- A car leaves the fleet after 5 years or 150,000 km, whichever comes first. Our oldest car was made in 2020.
- Cleaning
- Washed after every rental, the interior steam-cleaned. Child seats are washed separately.
- Tyres
- From November to March every car runs on winter tyres. We replace a tyre once the tread is under 4 mm.
How a handover goes
The same at the office, the airport or your address, and it takes 15–20 minutes.
- Documents
- We check your ID and licence, and you sign the contract in Azerbaijani, Russian or English.
- Inspection
- We walk round the car together, photograph every scratch and attach the photos to the contract.
- Walk-through
- We show you the controls, the fuel type, the tyre pressures and what to do after an accident, and connect your phone to CarPlay or Android Auto.
- Return
- We check the fuel and the interior and hand the deposit back on the spot. If you paid by card, we release the hold the same day.
