Selling electronics in Baku since 2011
We started as a 60 m² phone shop on Fuzuli Street. Today we have 7 stores, a warehouse in Binagadi and our own service centre in Khatai, with 312 people across them.
How we started
Elvin Gasimov opened a small shop selling phones and accessories on Fuzuli Street in 2011. Our city-centre store is still on that street; it has simply grown to two floors and 1,200 m².
The name comes from radio: frequency is how many times a wave swings in a second, and every appliance’s passport gives it in hertz. We wanted a short name that reads the same in all three languages.
One rule has held from the start: we repair what we sell. That is why we opened our own service centre in 2016 and do not hand warranty work to another company.
Fifteen years
- 2011
- The first shop on Fuzuli Street: phones and accessories.
- 2014
- A second store in Ganjlik; laptops and tablets join the range.
- 2016
- A service centre and a store in Khatai. We start selling large appliances.
- 2018
- The online shop, with delivery in Baku by our own couriers.
- 2020
- Stores in Sumgait and Ganja; a 4,200 m² warehouse in Binagadi.
- 2023
- A large-appliance hall in Yasamal, and trade-in at every store.
- 2025
- The Gara Garayev store opens; 41,800 online orders delivered in the year.
How we work
- Warehouse
- In Binagadi, 4,200 m². An online order is picked and checked there in 45 minutes.
- Couriers
- 18 small vans and 4 lorries in Baku; large appliances come with a crew of two.
- Service centre
- 11 technicians: phones, laptops, TVs and home appliances. Spare parts come through the makers’ official channels.
- Call centre
- 14 advisers, every day 09:00–22:00. The phone, WhatsApp and the site’s chat are one team.
