Service, installation and repair
Our service centre in Khatai has 11 technicians: they install what you buy and repair it under warranty and after.
Installation
The fitter comes on the delivery day, connects the appliance, tests it and takes the packaging away. You choose it under the product in the cart.

Extended warranty
One or two more years of repairs at our centre on the same terms once the maker’s warranty ends. For products over ₼50.
- +1 year
- 6% of the product’s price, at least ₼9.
- +2 years
- 10% of the product’s price, at least ₼15.
It covers manufacturing defects: parts and labour are free. Damage from knocks, water or unauthorised opening is not covered.
Repair request
Bring the device to the centre in Khatai or have a courier collect it (in Baku ₼5, free for warranty repairs). By law a warranty repair is done within 14 days.
