Warranty and returns
The maker’s warranty is 24 months from the day of sale. Warranty repairs are done at our service centre in Khatai: by law a defect is fixed within 14 days, and the time in repair is added to the warranty.
You can exchange or return an unused product with its box, seals and receipt within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase.
After the warranty ends: 1 more year for ₼150, 2 more years for ₼250, at the same centre on the same terms.
