Visas and documents
For five of the six countries our tours abroad visit, Azerbaijani citizens need no visa or get it at the border. The Schengen visa we prepare together with you.

The Schengen visa
For the Italy tour or a trip of your own. For Azerbaijani citizens the consular fee is €35 under the agreement; the visa centre’s service fee is paid separately.
What we do
- We send the list of documents for your case within a day.
- We fill in the form and prepare the flight and hotel confirmations and the insurance.
- We book your appointment at the visa centre.
- We check the documents at our office before you hand them in.
Our service

For one Schengen country, per person. Travellers on our Italy tour pay ₼80 too; translating a document costs ₼15 a page.
Timing
- You can apply no earlier than 6 months and no later than 15 days before the trip.
- Consulates usually decide within 15 calendar days.
- Write to us at least 30 days before you travel.
The usual documents
- Passport issued in the last 10 years, valid at least 3 months after return, with two blank pages
- A 35×45 mm photo on a white background
- A letter from your employer: position, salary and leave dates
- A bank statement for the last 3 to 6 months
- Medical insurance of €30,000 (we arrange it)
- Flight and hotel bookings (we prepare them)
