Cancellation and refunds
You cancel yourself on the “My booking” page; the refund goes back to the card you paid with within 5 working days. What is kept depends on how many days are left before departure:

A booking cannot be cancelled on or after the departure day. If a tour cannot run for reasons on our side (too few travellers, a closed border), the whole payment is refunded or moved to another date.

How can I pay?
On the site by Visa or Mastercard when you book. At the office you can also pay in cash or by card. Companies pay by bank transfer against an invoice.
Can I pay part now?
On tours abroad with more than 21 days to departure, you pay 30% when booking and the rest by card on the “My booking” page up to 21 days before departure. Tours in Azerbaijan are paid in full when booking.
What if the rest is not paid on time?
We send an SMS reminder on the last day. If there is still no payment three days later, the booking is cancelled under the cancellation terms.
How does the early-booking discount work?
Book a tour abroad 60 or more days before departure and 7% comes off the travellers’ price. It does not apply to room-for-one supplements or extras.
Documents
Which document do I need within Azerbaijan?
Your ID card: hotels ask for it at check-in. The flight to Nakhchivan also takes the ID card.
Can I go to Türkiye with an ID card?
Yes, with the new-type card on a direct flight from Baku. The Jordan tour connects in Istanbul, so it needs a passport.
How long must my passport be valid?
For Türkiye, the UAE and Jordan at least 6 months after you return; 3 months for Schengen. We check your passport’s expiry when you book.
Children
Is there a discount for children?
A child of 2 to 11 sharing the parents’ room pays 10–30% less than the tour price; each tour page gives its percentage.
Can I travel with a child under 2?
On tours in Azerbaijan, yes, free if they don’t take a seat. For tours abroad call us about the infant ticket and a suitable hotel.
What if a child travels with one parent?
Abroad, a notarised consent from the other parent may be required. We check this on the day you book and write to you.
Insurance
Is insurance compulsory?
For a Schengen visa, yes, so it is added automatically on the Italy tour. On other tours abroad we recommend it, ₼3 a day.
What does it cover?
Treatment for illness and accidents during the trip up to €30,000. The policy arrives by e-mail on the day you book.
On the road
How much luggage can I take?
On bus tours, one suitcase and a hand bag. Flights include 20–23 kg; the exact weight is on each tour page.
What if I’m late for the meeting time?
Write to the guide: the bus waits 15 minutes. Trains and flights don’t wait, so be at the station or airport on time.
How big are the groups?
Up to 16–20 people depending on the tour, 16 on mountain tours. If the minimum is not reached, we tell you at least 5 days before and refund you or offer another date.
