Qudyal
Named after the Qudyalçay, the river that runs through Quba. When the Quba plant opened its preserves shop in 2009, the first jar was white cherry.

How it is made
We cook preserves in small pans, batch by batch, so the fruit stays whole: white cherries are pitted by hand, green walnuts soak for three weeks, and quince stays over a low heat until it turns amber.
Narsharab is made at the Göyçay plant: pomegranate juice is boiled down with no sugar added, then salt and spices go in. A 330 g bottle takes about 2 kg of pomegranates.
