Delivery and payment
Prices include 18% VAT. Delivery is shown separately in the order.
- Baku and Absheron
- Our own vans, every day 10:00–22:00, in 3-hour windows: 10–13, 13–16, 16–19, 19–22. A window can be chosen until 2 hours before it starts. Delivery ₼3, free from ₼40.
- Regions
- Courier service in 2–3 working days, ₼7, free from ₼80; post in 4–7 days, ₼4. At most 30 kg per order.
- Collect from the company shop
- 38 Rashid Behbudov Street. During opening hours an order is ready within 2 hours and kept for 3 days. No minimum.
- Minimum order
- For delivery the products must add up to at least ₼15.
- Payment
- On the site by Visa or Mastercard, confirmed by your bank’s text message. In Baku and in the shop you can also pay cash or by card on receipt.
- Damaged packs
- If a case arrives crushed, a bottle broken or a product wrong, send a photo on WhatsApp within 3 days: we replace it or refund the card within 3 working days.
Questions about orders
How much does buying by the case save?
A case costs 6% less than its pieces. A case of twelve 1 l cartons of pomegranate juice, for example, is ₼5 cheaper than twelve single cartons.
Does glass break on the way?
Bottles travel in cartons with dividers. If one arrives broken, send a photo and we replace it.
When can I track my order?
Straight away: with the order number and your phone, the “Track an order” page shows its stage.
