Azexport
Our products are listed on Azexport.az, the state export portal. It was set up by presidential decree in 2016 and is run by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.
- Invoice, packing list, contract
- With the list of batches: each pallet’s codes and best-before dates.
- Certificate of origin
- ST-1 for Russia and Belarus, the "General" form for other countries. Issued by the State Agency for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the President; the origin expertise is done by the Consumer Goods Expertise Centre.
- EAC declaration of conformity
- For Russia and Belarus, under TR CU 021/2011, 022/2011 and 023/2011. The importer registered in the Union registers the declaration; we prepare the test reports and the labels.
- Quality certificate for the EU
- Issued by AQTA, the Food Safety Agency, for food loads going to Germany and Poland.
- Free sale certificate
- If the buyer asks, through the Azexport portal.
- Phytosanitary and veterinary certificates
- A phytosanitary certificate (AQTA) is for fresh fruit and plants; for juice and preserves only if the importing country requires one. Our products contain no animal ingredients.
Incoterms 2020 and minimum order
- Minimum order: 10 pallets. One product per pallet; mixed pallets on request.
- Payment: 30% in advance on a first order, the rest before loading or by letter of credit.
- Lead time: 7–10 days from stock, 3–4 weeks if we need to produce.
- FCA
- Loaded on the buyer’s truck at the plant, cleared for export
- CPT
- We pay carriage to the destination; the risk passes to the buyer at the plant
- DAP
- Delivered to the buyer’s warehouse; import duties are the buyer’s
- CIF
- For sea containers: freight and insurance to the port of destination
