Questions

Which policy do I need for a Schengen visa?

The EU Visa Code (Regulation 810/2009, Article 15) requires at least €30,000 of cover for emergency medical care, hospital treatment, repatriation for medical reasons and death, valid in all Schengen states for the whole stay. Our Schengen policy meets these terms.

What if my trip runs longer?

Call us before the policy ends or buy a new one: the remaining days can be added online.

If the visa is refused, do I get the money back?

Yes. Send the refusal letter; the policy is cancelled and the full premium returns to your card within 5 working days.
