How we work
The process, the contract types, the hourly rates and how we protect your code and data. The contract says the same.

From discovery to launch
Discovery
2–3 weeks
Interviews, roles and the screen list, a clickable prototype, the architecture, the risks. It ends with a fixed price or an hourly plan.
ResultSpecification, prototype, price
Design
2–6 weeks
Key screens tested with users, then all screens and a component library.
ResultFigma files, a design system
Build
6–30 weeks
Two-week sprints. Each ends with a demo on the test server; the code lands in your repository and a two-weekly report arrives.
ResultA working version every two weeks
Testing and launch
1–2 weeks
Regression, a load test, a security check, data migration, training for your team.
ResultA live system, documents, a trained team
Warranty and support
3 months, then monthly
Bugs found in the first 3 months are fixed free. Then a support contract with response times by priority.
ResultAn SLA contract and a project code
Contract types
Fixed price
When it fits
The requirements are written down and will not change.
How it works
We fix the price after discovery. Payment in stages: 30% at the start, 40% midway through the build, 30% after launch. New work goes through a change request.
Time and materials
When it fits
The requirements are still settling and the launch date matters.
How it works
Actual hours at the rate card, invoiced monthly. The contract carries an overall cap; at 80% we stop and talk.
Dedicated team
When it fits
The product will keep growing for years.
How it works
160 hours a month at 10% below the rate card. 3 months minimum, changes with one month’s notice.
Hourly rates
In manat, without VAT (18%). In force since 1 January 2026. In a dedicated team a month counts as 160 hours at 10% off.
Fixed-price projects from ₼15,000. Discovery is separate: ₼4,000–₼9,000.

Security and quality
ISO/IEC 27001
Our information security management system has been certified since 2021 and the certificate was renewed in 2024; an accredited body audits it every year.
Data in the country
Systems with personal data run in Baku data centres or on your servers. Test environments get an anonymised copy, never real data.
Access
Only the project team gets into your systems, with two factors and a VPN. When the project ends, access is closed the same day.
Code review and tests
A second developer reviews every change. Nothing touching money, sign-in or signatures is merged without automated tests.
Checks before release
A vulnerability scan of dependencies and an OWASP checklist; an independent penetration test on banking and public-sector projects.
NDA and rights
An NDA before the first call. The source code and all rights pass to you once paid.
Estimate your project
The estimator works from the same rate card: the team, the weeks and a price range.
