The estimator reads the sentence, then you fine-tune everything yourself: screens, roles, integrations, languages, deadline. You get the team, the weeks and a price range.
Hourly rates from ₼40 to ₼85 without VAT. Fixed-price projects from ₼15,000.

Most of our projects are in regulated fields: audits, security requirements and keeping data in the country are routine for us.
How we work
Discovery is paid separately and its results stay with you. Then two-week sprints, with a working version at the end of each.

Since 2012, in two cities
Sətir was founded by three engineers from a bank’s IT department. Today 84 people work in Baku and 28 in Ganja, 71 of them developers. The Ganja office opened in 2019, and our internship runs there.

Fixed price or time and materials?
One project under three contracts: fixed price, time and materials, and a dedicated team. The figures come from our estimator.
Questions
Do you take small projects?
Fixed-price projects start at ₼15,000. Smaller work, such as one integration into an existing system, goes by the hour.
Can you take over a system someone else built?
Yes. First we run a 1 to 2 week code audit: architecture, tests, security, documentation. Then we tell you what to keep and what to rewrite, with the price.
What currency are contracts and invoices in?
Manat with VAT (18%) for Azerbaijani companies. With clients abroad we work in US dollars or euros.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, before the first call. Tick NDA in the estimate form and we will send our standard text or sign yours.
What happens after launch?
We fix bugs found in the first 3 months free of charge. Then a support contract: on working hours in the Standard plan, 24/7 for critical bugs in the Extended plan.
