What was there
Patients booked by phone, and at peak hours the call centre missed a third of the calls. One patient in six did not turn up, and the empty time was never offered to anyone else.
What we built
- An app in Flutter and a site in Next.js: search by doctor, service and clinic
- Doctors’ schedules synced with the clinics’ medical system
- Reminders by SMS and in the app, cancel with one tap
- Test results shown in the app
- Hosting in a Baku data centre with encrypted backups
