What was there
The warehouse stored goods for more than 30 clients and picked from paper lists. Returning wrongly picked orders cost about ₼18,000 a month, and each new client meant another person on every shift.
What we built
- A warehouse management system on Java and Kafka
- An app for Android scanners: receiving, put-away, picking, stock counts
- Wave planning for picking
- A portal for the warehouse’s clients: stock, orders, invoices
- Deployment on Kubernetes and support under a 24/7 SLA
