A loyalty app instead of plastic cards
The bonus card moved to the phone: a QR code at the till, receipts in the app and offers picked from what each shopper buys.

What was there
The chain printed more than 60,000 plastic cards a year, and a third of them were lost and reissued. The tills ran on 1C, and marketing saw what shoppers bought only at the end of the month, in Excel.
What we built
- An iOS and Android app in Flutter with a QR code for the till
- Integration with the 1C till system: bonuses and receipts in real time
- E-receipts and purchase history
- Purchase analytics on ClickHouse and the choice of personal offers
- An admin panel where marketing builds campaigns itself
