What was there
Most of the agency’s services ran on paper applications, and the few online ones sat on separate sites. The general contractor needed the portal, the integrations and the operations from one team.
What we built
- A portal and personal account in Java and React, 23 services
- Sign-in and signing of applications with ASAN İmza
- Certificates fetched automatically from other agencies over e-gov
- A review panel for the agency’s staff
- Kubernetes in the agency’s data centre, load tests in k6, 24/7 support
