What was there
Clients made more than 300 calls a day to ask where their cargo was. Delivery papers reached the office 3 to 5 days later, and invoices were late by as much.
What we built
- A client portal in React: shipments, stages, documents
- A drivers’ app in Kotlin: GPS, photos, e-signature, works offline
- A tracking service in Go taking 40,000 positions an hour
- Integration with the accounting system: an invoice after delivery
- Alerts to dispatch for shipments at risk of delay

Clients no longer call to ask where the truck is. When they do call, they have already looked at the portal.
