The agency that checks the documents before the deposit
Məskən opened in 2011. One rule has not changed since: before a buyer pays a deposit, our lawyer checks the extract, the encumbrances and who is registered at the address.
How we started
Kamran Seyidov spent seven years on mortgage loans at a bank. Every month he saw the same thing: a family pays a deposit on a flat and then learns that it is pledged, or that a relative with a share will not agree to the sale. The deposit does not come back and months are lost.
In 2011 he opened a small office on Samad Vurgun Street with three agents. The agency’s first employee was not an agent but a lawyer. In 2014 a second office opened in Mardakan: houses and plots of land need knowledge of their own.
Today the team is 17 people. In 2025 we closed 418 deals: 176 sales and 242 rentals.
How we work
An agent has seen every listing
We do not put a property we have not seen on the site. Our own photographer takes the photos and we check the area against the extract.
Documents before the deposit
The extract, any seizure or mortgage, registered residents and powers of attorney are all checked before the deposit agreement.
A fee only for a result
On a sale the seller pays the fee, and only once ownership has passed to the buyer. Viewings, valuations and advice are free.
One client, one agent
You work with the same agent from the first call to the notary, with their phone and WhatsApp in your hand.
Deals set the price
We tell sellers a price based on deals closed in the last three months, not on asking prices.
