Home visitBefore you come
Most blood tests are taken on an empty stomach: the last meal 8 to 12 hours before, water is fine. For hormones the time of day and the cycle day matter. Each test’s page says how to prepare for it.
Preparing for testsWhere the samples go
From the Baku branches and Sumgait, couriers bring the samples in cool bags to the central laboratory in Narimanov several times a day. A refrigerated van leaves Ganja at 14:30 every day.
