We do the laboratory part of pre-employment and periodic medical examinations, the tests for a sanitary book and check-ups for your staff. From 20 people our nurses come to your company in the morning; you pay by invoice with VAT included.
What the Labour Code asks
- Hiring for heavy, harmful and hazardous work, and for workplaces in the food industry, catering, healthcare, trade and the like, is prohibited without a medical certificate on the person’s health.
- People in jobs on the list approved by the Board of the Ministry of Health undergo periodic mandatory medical examinations at the employer’s expense.
- For jobs restricted for narcological patients, the opinion is given only by a state narcological institution. Damla does not issue it.

Our part
Damla is a laboratory: we run the tests of the examination and give each employee a stamped result sheet. The doctor’s examination and the medical certificate come from a medical institution with doctors. The employer’s examination list decides which tests are needed; the sets below are the ones companies ask for most.
Sanitary book
Staff of kitchens, food shops, canteens and buffets pass a medical examination before they start and then at set intervals, in the manner set by the Ministry of Health. We do the laboratory part of the book: stool culture, a test for worm eggs, syphilis, hepatitis B and a complete blood count, each with a stamped result. Your employer or the doctor who runs the examination confirms the list.

How the work goes
- Request
- From this page or by calling the corporate desk. We call back within one working day.
- Contract
- The contract and an Excel form for the staff list come by e-mail: name, date of birth, phone and each person’s set.
- Samples
- At a branch the employee gives the company code and skips the queue. At your company two nurses take blood in a separate room from 07:30 to 11:30.
- Results
- To each employee by SMS and online. The company gets stamped result sheets and a list of who has given samples, with each employee’s written consent.
- Payment
- At the end of the month, an electronic VAT invoice and a certificate of completed work for the tests taken. Bank transfer within 10 banking days.
Under the Law on Personal Data, health data is a special category: we never pass a result to the company without the employee’s consent.

Questions
What is the smallest contract?
One person is enough. The headcount discount is 5% from 10 people, 10% from 50 and 15% from 200. Our nurses come to your company from 20 people; up to 50 people each morning costs ₼60, from 50 it is free.
Do you issue the medical certificate?
No. Damla is a laboratory: we run the tests and give stamped results. The doctor’s examination and the certificate are at a medical institution with doctors; you hand our result sheets in there.
Do you give the narcologist’s opinion too?
No. For jobs restricted for narcological patients, the opinion is given only by a state narcological institution.
Who sees the results?
Each employee gets their own result by SMS and online. We give result sheets to the company only with the employee’s written consent; the consent form comes with the contract.
We have staff outside Baku
Our Sumgait and Ganja branches take them on the same terms. In Ganja results are ready one working day later, because the samples travel to the central laboratory in Baku.
Our list has a test that is not in your sets
We build a set from any test in the catalogue. Its price is below the tests bought one by one and goes into the contract.
Can we pay in cash?
Companies pay by bank transfer only. If an employee wants an extra test for themselves, they pay at the branch by card or in cash.
