For doctors
Pick your patient’s tests here and get a code. When the patient types the code in the basket, exactly the tests you chose are added; with the patient’s consent we send you the results as well.
Write a referral
The code is valid for 30 days. It holds only the tests, your name and the patient’s initials.
Check a code
A patient or a branch receptionist types the code, sees the tests on the referral and adds them to the basket.

Results to the doctor
- If you give your e-mail on the referral and the patient consents at the branch, the result comes to you as a PDF as soon as it is ready.
- A laboratory doctor validates each result. The PDF shows when the sample was taken, the analyser, and reference ranges for the patient’s age and sex.
- For a critical result, such as potassium or glucose beyond a life-threatening limit, the laboratory doctor calls the patient and the phone on your referral.
For clinics
At a clinic with a contract, the clinic’s own nurse takes the sample and our courier collects it at 11:00 and 15:00 on working days. Results go to the clinic’s e-mail, and the tests are paid with one invoice at the end of the month. We work with family doctors, gynaecology and endocrinology practices and dental centres.
