Questions
Applying
Who can get a loan?
Citizens of Azerbaijan and foreigners with permanent residence, aged 18 or over and no older than 70 on the day of the last payment. Business and farm loans need the business to have run for at least 6 months.
What happens after I apply online?
We check the credit bureau and show the preliminary decision at once. Within 2 working hours a loan officer calls. Consumer loans up to ₼5,000 can be signed online with SİMA; other loans are signed at a branch.
Does applying affect my credit history?
The credit bureau records the enquiry, but an enquiry is not counted as a delay. Applying to many lenders in a short time can, however, raise questions.
I have no formal job. What can I do?
For business and farm loans the loan officer sees the income on site; no formal certificate is needed. A gold-secured loan needs no proof of income at all.
Paying
What if the payment date falls on a Sunday?
You can pay by card on this site on any day. If you want to pay at a branch, payment on the first working day after the date is accepted without a penalty.
If I close the loan early, is the interest recalculated?
Yes. You pay the balance and only the interest for the days since the last payment. No interest for future months is charged, and there is no fee.
What changes if I pay part early?
As you choose, either the monthly payment falls or the term gets shorter. The new schedule goes to your e-mail the same day.
Gold pledges
Where is my gold kept?
In a sealed bag in the branch vault, signed by you and the employee. We pay the insurance.
Do you take broken jewellery or single earrings?
Yes: we value the weight and fineness of the gold, not the item’s condition.
Can someone else collect the gold?
Only with a notarised power of attorney. It is simplest to close the loan yourself.
Credit history
Where can I see my history?
On the Azerbaijan Credit Bureau’s Findoc portal, free twice a year. You register with SİMA or ASAN İmza.
How long does a delay stay in the history?
A closed delay stays visible, but the older it is, the less it weighs in a decision. We look at delays longer than 30 days that are open now.

If you cannot pay
The worst thing is to say nothing. If you tell us before the payment date, there is almost always a way out.
Before the payment date
Call your branch or the call centre. Depending on the reason we can move a payment by 30 days, stretch the schedule by up to 6 months or switch to interest only for a few months. There is no charge for this.
Days 1–3
No penalty. We send a reminder by SMS.
From day 4
0.1% a day is charged on the late payment, not on the whole loan. A loan officer calls.
From day 30
The delay is reported to the credit bureau and goes into your history. The guarantor or the group members are told.
From day 90
The loan counts as non-performing. If there is a pledge, it can be enforced in the way the law sets out; before that you get written notice and an offer to settle.
What we can do
Move a payment
We move one payment 30 days later; interest runs for those days, with no penalty.
Stretch the schedule
We extend the term by up to 6 months and the monthly payment falls. For illness, a lost job or a natural disaster.
Interest only
You pay only interest for a few months and the loan itself is spread over the later ones. For seasonal incomes.
