We started in Ganja

Rauf Samadov spent five years as a loan officer with an international microfinance programme. He lent to market traders, bakers and tailors, and one thing he saw became the basis of Dayaq: a small business’s income is on the counter, not in the books, and you have to go there to see it.

In April 2009 we got our Central Bank licence and opened the first branch in Ganja. A year later came Shaki, in 2011 Lankaran, and the harvest-linked schedule for farmers started in 2013. The head office moved to Baku in 2016.

How we lend

  • A loan officer comes to you

For business and farm loans we decide by looking at your shop, workshop or farm, not at paperwork.

  • The payment has to fit the income

We lend when monthly payments on all loans stay within 45% of net income. When they would not, we offer a smaller sum.

  • Everything carries the APR

On this site, in adverts and in the contract the effective annual rate is shown beside the rate, the fee included.

  • No daily loans

Our shortest loan is one month. The late penalty is charged only on the late payment.
