How we handle complaints

Tell us about anything you are unhappy with: a rate, a penalty, how an employee behaved, a mistake in your credit history.

  1. Contact us

Write in the complaints book at a branch, call the call centre, e-mail shikayet@dayaq.az, or choose “Complaint” in the form on the contact page.

  2. An answer within 15 working days

We log the complaint and give you its number. A written answer follows within 15 working days at the latest; if a check is needed, we tell you in advance when it will end.

  3. Turn to the Central Bank

If our answer does not satisfy you, you can turn to the Central Bank: its consumer hotline 966 and cbar.az. The Central Bank handles appeals under its rules of 23 December 2025.

Blocking remote loans

From 1 October 2026 anyone can apply in writing at any of our branches to block consumer loans and higher credit limits arranged in their name at a distance. We enter the block in the credit bureau’s system the same day. To lift it, you come to a branch in person or apply with an enhanced electronic signature.

We report your loans to the Azerbaijan Credit Bureau and the Central Bank’s Central Credit Registry. You can see your history free twice a year on the Findoc portal.
