Check your credit history free twice a year
When a lender looks at your application, the first thing it checks is the credit bureau. You can see what is written there yourself, beforehand.

The Azerbaijan Credit Bureau collects from banks and credit organisations what each borrower has borrowed, paid and been late on. Under the Law on Credit Bureaus you have the right to see this information yourself.
The Findoc portal
- You register on findoc.az by signing a consent form with SİMA or ASAN İmza.
- Your credit history and score report are free twice a year; after that each report is paid for separately or by subscription.
- The report can be downloaded as a PDF or signed with ASAN İmza.
- Registered users get an e-mail when a delay is recorded in their history.
If you find a mistake
You can dispute your history on the portal. If the mistake is in one of our loans, for instance a payment recorded late, contact our call centre or a branch as well: we send the correction to the bureau and answer you in writing.
How we read a history
Old delays that are closed do not stand in the way of a loan. What we mainly look at is whether there is an open delay of more than 30 days now, and what share of your income all your monthly loan payments take.
