Loans for farmers, repaid when the harvest sells

How the decision is made
A loan officer visits the farm within 1–3 days and sees the land, the animals and last season’s sales. The decision comes within 2 working days of the visit.

Example. ₼8,000 over 12 months at 21% a year, fee ₼80. Payments ₼140–₼4,140, total to repay ₼9,690, APR 24.6%.

  • ID card
  • Ownership or lease papers for the land
  • Farmer card or EKTİS registration, if you have one
  • Last season’s sales receipts or a contract with a buyer
  • The guarantor’s ID card

A borrower’s experience

Elshan carrying a crate of seedlings in the greenhouse, his wife behind him
The bank wanted the same sum every month, but tomatoes pay twice a year. Here I repay the loan in May and November and only the interest in the other months.

Questions about this loan

What if drought or hail destroys the harvest?

Tell the branch or the call centre before a payment is late. The loan officer sees the damage on site and we stretch the schedule by up to 6 months, with no penalty for that time.

My land is leased. Is that a problem?

No. The lease must run at least as long as the loan. A municipal or a private lease both work.

Can I get state subsidies alongside the loan?

Yes, subsidies for sown land and livestock do not affect the loan. If you show the subsidy as income, the loan officer counts it towards what you can repay.
