Narband Development: three buildings and 418 flats since 2011

We build only residential buildings, and only one project at a time. Narband Park is our fourth.

How we work

Our own construction crews: We do not subcontract the frame, the masonry or the façade: the 240 people on site are on the company’s payroll.
Independent technical supervision: The rebar and concrete of every floor are checked by an outside laboratory, and the reports are kept at the sales office.
Still here after handover: Our own service company manages our buildings. Guarantee requests are looked at within 48 hours.

Narband NasimiNasimi district2019 · 14 floors · 118 flatsOur first building with underground parking. Our own service company still manages it today.
Narband YasamalYasamal district2016 · 12 floors · 96 flatsThe company’s first building. All 96 flats were sold before construction finished.

Elchin KarimovDirector and founderA civil engineer. He founded the company in 2011 and meets buyers on site twice a month.
Vugar SafarovChief engineerTwenty-two years in cast-in-place construction. He signs off the rebar in person before every pour.

The show flat is on the 3rd floor of Block A. A manager takes you there and to the floor you have in mind; a viewing takes about 40 minutes.
