The price depends on the block and the floor. Figures in the table are per m²; corner flats (2B, 3B, 4A) cost ₼50 more per m².

Ways to pay
Reservation: a ₼2,000 deposit holds a flat in your name for 7 days and counts towards the price.
- Payment in full
- The price of the flat is paid in one go when the contract is signed. The price is reduced by 7%.
- Instalments from the developer
- The down payment is at least 30%. The balance is paid in equal monthly instalments over 12, 18, 24 or 36 months, without interest. With a down payment of 50% or more the price is reduced by 3%.
- Bank mortgage
- Once the block is accepted for use and the title extract is issued, the remaining balance can be moved to a mortgage. The sales team prepares the paperwork.
