Six layouts, each with its measurements
The drawings are to scale: each room’s area is worked out from the dimensions on the plan. The eight flats of a floor sit in the same places in every block.

How flats are arranged on a floor
There are eight flats on every floor. The last two digits of a flat’s number show its place on the floor: A-0704 is flat 4 on the 7th floor of Block A.
Want to change a layout?
Partition walls can be moved free of charge until the walls in your block are laid. In Blocks B and C that is still possible.

See a flat for yourself
The show flat is on the 3rd floor of Block A. A manager takes you there and to the floor you have in mind; a viewing takes about 40 minutes.
