Certificate check
Everyone who completes a course gets a numbered certificate. Type the number to see the holder’s name, the course, hours, dates, final grade and whether the certificate is valid.
Sample numbers:
The check works only with the full number; there is no search by name. Only someone who knows the number sees what the certificate says.
What the certificate says
A4, in Azerbaijani and English, with the academy’s stamp and two signatures. This sample is filled in with the first number above.

What this certificate is
The academy’s own document
Our courses are non-formal education. Under the Law on Education (article 1.0.31) no state document is issued for it: the certificate is not a state diploma; Pillə issues it and keeps its number on record.
It does not replace an international certificate
Certificates such as ACCA, PMP or Microsoft are issued only by those bodies. Some of our courses cover the topics of those exams, but Pillə is not a training partner of those bodies.
For employers
The certificate shows how many hours you studied, what share of lessons you attended and the score of your final project. An employer can check the number on this page.
Rules
- Who gets one
- Everyone who attends at least 80% of lessons and scores at least 60 on the final project.
- When
- Within 5 working days of the last lesson. Online groups get a PDF by e-mail; the paper copy can be collected at the centre.
- If you lose it
- A duplicate with the same number within 3 working days. Write to cert@pilleakademiya.az.
- If the name is wrong
- We issue it again with the name corrected under a new number; the old number shows as revoked and points to the new one.
Questions
I finished the course but have no certificate yet
If 5 working days have passed since the last lesson, write your enrolment number and name to cert@pilleakademiya.az. Usually the final project was not handed in or attendance was below 80%.
Does the certificate expire?
No. The certificate shows the date you completed the course; it has no end date. It is revoked only when a mistake is found, and a new one is issued instead.
My employer needs an official letter
With the holder’s consent we issue a stamped letter on attendance and grades within 2 working days.
