Project management comes before PMP preparation: the PMP course covers the exam’s topics and practice tests, not the basics. Agile can follow the project course or stand alone.

Does the PMP course give the 35 hours the exam asks for?
PMI asks for 35 hours of project management education before you apply, and PMI alone decides which hours count. Pillə is not a PMI Authorized Training Partner. The course follows the exam’s topics; check the rules on PMI’s site before you apply.
Is the exam fee in the course price?
No. You pay the exam fee to PMI yourself; the academy does not run the exam and is not a test centre.
Who is the leadership course for?
For people newly put in charge of a team: 24 hours on Saturdays or Sundays, up to 14 in a group. Half of each lesson is practice: giving tasks, giving feedback, the difficult conversation.
