Questions

Other fields

Do the courses follow the latest changes to the Labour Code?

Yes. The programme is built on the Code as it stands, and the instructor adds the year’s changes before every group. We fill in contracts, orders and leave calculations on sample documents.

Do I need to know 1C for the payroll course?

No. We first work the sums in Excel so you can see where every figure comes from, then close the same month in 1C Payroll and HR.

How long is labour law for managers?

12 hours: three Saturdays or three Sundays, 10:00–14:00. Hiring, disciplinary measures, ending a contract and what to do when a dispute starts.
