Enrolment
Choose a course and a group
The timetable shows each group’s start date, days, time and language. If you cannot decide, come to an open lesson or book a free 15-minute consultation with an instructor.
Enrol
One enrolment on the website can include up to 5 people. Enrolment closes at 18:00 the day before the first lesson.
Pay
Pay the full sum or the first part by card. If a company pays, enter its tax ID: an invoice follows, to be paid within 5 working days and before the course starts.
Get the confirmation
The enrolment number appears on screen and comes by SMS. The day before the first lesson we send the room number or the online link.
The group starts
A group runs once 6 people have enrolled. If too few have a week before the start, we call to offer another group or a full refund.
Payment and discounts
Discounts do not add up: one enrolment gets the largest one that applies. Prices are final with nothing added; a company invoice is for the same sum.
- In parts
- Most courses can be paid in 2 or 3 equal parts with nothing added; each course page says how many. The first part is paid on enrolment, the others when a third or half of the lessons have taken place.
- Early enrolment
- 10% off when you enrol 14 days or more before the start.
- From one company
- 10% off for each person when 2 or more from one company enrol together.
- Students and job seekers
- 20% off with a student card or an employment office letter. Show it at the front desk at the first lesson.
Refunds
Money goes back to the card you paid with within 10 working days. These rules do not reduce your rights under the Law on Consumer Rights Protection.
Today’s refund in your enrolment- Before the first lesson
- If you cancel, everything you paid is refunded.
- After the course starts
- The lessons not yet held are refunded: the course price divided by the number of lessons.
- If a group does not start or its date changes
- We refund everything or move you to another group free of charge, whichever you choose.
- Moving to another group
- Once, free of charge, to another group of the same course, until 3 days before the start.
Attendance and certificate
The certificate is the academy’s own document, not a state diploma: our courses are non-formal education.
Check a certificate80% of lessons
A 40-hour evening course is 16 lessons: for the certificate you need to attend at least 13. The instructor marks attendance at the start of each lesson.
Final project
The course ends with a task from your own work; you need at least 60 points. If it falls short, you can hand it in once more within two weeks.
Certificate
Within 5 working days after the last lesson, with a number. In Azerbaijani and English; online groups get a PDF.
Online lessons
- Live, on Zoom
- An online group runs live on the same timetable and with the same instructor as the class group. The link comes by SMS and e-mail the day before the first lesson.
- You need a computer
- For Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python and Figma a phone is not enough: a laptop or desktop and a headset with a microphone. We ask for the camera on, but it is not required.
- Recordings
- Each online lesson’s recording stays open to the group for 14 days. Watching a recording does not count as attending.
- Software
- Power BI Desktop and the free plan of Figma are enough. For 1C and SQL Server you connect to the academy’s remote computer; the login is given at the first lesson.
Questions
Not found the answer? Write to us
How do I know which level to start at?
Read “What you need first” on the course page. If unsure, book a free 15-minute consultation with an instructor: a few questions will tell them your level.
I cannot come to a lesson. What should I do?
Tell the instructor or the front desk in advance. In a class group the day’s materials and homework come by e-mail that evening; in an online group the recording is open for 14 days.
Can I move from a class group to an online one?
Yes, until 3 days before the start: it counts as your one free move. Once the course has started we do not change groups, because the topics and the final project date belong to the group.
My company is paying. What do I do?
When you enrol, choose the company as the payer and enter its name and tax ID. The invoice goes to the company’s e-mail. For a team of more than ten, a separate group is better value: work it out on the corporate page.
Does the certificate replace an international exam?
No. PMP, ACCA or Microsoft certificates are issued only by those bodies. Some of our courses cover an exam’s topics, but Pillə is not their partner.
What if a lesson falls on a public holiday?
There are no lessons on public holidays; that lesson moves to the group’s next lesson day and the course ends one lesson later. The dates in the timetable already allow for this.
Do discounts add up?
No, one discount per enrolment: 10% for enrolling 14 days before the start, 10% for two or more people from one company, 20% for students and job seekers with a document. The largest one applies.
Do I need a laptop?
Courses in the computer lab (1C, Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python) have a workstation for you. Bring your own laptop to design and marketing courses; if you need one, reception lends one for a lesson.
