What you need first
Work as a manager.
Final project and certificate
Five real cases worked through: what a manager may and may not do, and under which article.
The certificate goes to those who attend 80% of the lessons and score above 60 on the final project. It is the academy’s own certificate, not a state document; its number can be checked on this site.
