What you need first
Up to two years as a manager, or a promotion coming soon.
Final project and certificate
A 90-day plan for your own team and a filmed difficult-conversation practice.
The certificate goes to those who attend 80% of the lessons and score above 60 on the final project. It is the academy’s own certificate, not a state document; its number can be checked on this site.

Who is in the group?
Managers of one to two years from different companies: sales, IT, production, services. What is said stays in the group; that is the course’s first rule.
Can I get my money back if I change my mind?
Until the first lesson you get back everything you paid. After the start, the lessons not yet held are refunded, to the card within 10 working days. Cancel on the “Your enrolment” page with the number and your phone.
Can I move to another group?
Yes, once and free, until 3 days before the start: choose another group of the same course on the “Your enrolment” page.
