What the front desk is asked most. If your question is not answered here, write it in the chat.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out until 12:00. The front desk is open day and night.
- Early check-in (from 09:00) and late check-out (until 18:00) cost ₼60 each; we keep the room empty for you from the night before.
- If you arrive early or fly late, we keep your bags at the front desk for free.
Airport transfer
- The driver waits at arrivals with your name. The drive takes 30 to 40 minutes, and the car fits 3 guests and 4 suitcases.
- The pick-up costs ₼40 and is free for stays of 3 nights or more. The drive back to the airport is also ₼40.
- If your flight is late, the driver waits: we follow the flight ourselves, at no extra charge.
Cars and parking
- Cars need a permit to enter the Old City. Guests’ cars stay in the car park by the Double Gates: ₼12 a night.
- From the car park to the hotel is 4 minutes on foot. Leave the key at the front desk and we take the car there and bring it back.
Cancelling or changing a booking
- On the flexible rate only the first night is paid now. You can cancel free until 14:00, 3 days before arrival: the first night goes back to your card within 5 working days.
- If you cancel after that, or do not come, the first night is not refunded.
- The pay-in-advance rate is 10% cheaper but cannot be cancelled; the dates can be changed once.
- You can open and cancel a booking on the “Your booking” page with its number and your family name.
Payment
- The site takes Visa and Mastercard; the payment is confirmed by your bank’s SMS code.
- At the hotel you pay the rest by card or in cash in manat. Prices include VAT (18%) and breakfast.
- If you need an invoice in a company’s name, write it in the note when you book.
With children
- Children under 6 stay free in their parents’ bed or a cot. Tell us in advance about the cot.
- A room takes up to 2 children. Junior suites and suites also have a sofa bed.
- We do not admit children under 12 to the hammam.
House rules
- There is no smoking in the rooms; there is a place for it in the courtyard and on the roof terrace.
- We cannot take pets; guide dogs are the exception.
- After 23:00 we keep the courtyard quiet: guests are asleep in the courtyard rooms.
- A passport or an ID card is needed at check-in.
