Procurement and tenders
Every purchase above ₼40,000 a year goes to open tender. Bids are opened by the procurement committee, and all bidders are told the result in writing.

How to bid
- Quote the tender number and ask the procurement department for the documents. They are free and are sent within one working day.
- Submit your bid by 17:00 on the deadline day, by e-mail or in a sealed envelope at the head office.
- Evaluation takes 10 working days. We choose on price, delivery time and payment terms; the weight of each criterion is stated in the tender documents.
