We are a licensed customs broker and file the declaration in your name ourselves. Send us the invoice and a description of the goods before they leave: we pick the HS codes and work out the duty and VAT in writing. That way you know what you will pay at the border while the goods are still with the seller.

Frequently asked questions

How much duty and VAT will I pay?

It depends on the HS code, the customs value and the country of origin. Send us the invoice and a description of the goods, and within 1 working day you get the amount for each product in writing.

Another carrier brought my cargo. Will you clear it?

Yes. Our brokers work at the Baku terminal, the port of Alat and the Ganja and Nakhchivan branches. The fee is the same: from ₼120 per declaration.

What if customs disagrees with the code you chose?

We back the code with the product’s composition, its purpose and the maker’s documents. If customs assigns another code, we recalculate the payments the same day and tell you; there is no charge for choosing the code again.

I am a private person receiving a parcel from abroad. Can you help?

Yes. Your identity card and the order receipt are enough. We tell you the amount due before filing the declaration and go ahead once you agree.
