Delivery within Azerbaijan
Parcels, boxes and pallets between eight cities: handed in by 17:00 today, there tomorrow. A courier collects at the door and delivers to the door.
We accept shipments in eight cities. A truck runs between the Baku terminal and each regional branch every evening, and a plane flies to Nakhchivan three times a week. Bring the parcel to a branch or call a courier: whatever makes the cut-off leaves that evening and is in the receiver’s city the next day. Between two regional branches the cargo passes through the Baku terminal and takes 2 days.

- The receiver’s full name and mobile number
- For companies: an electronic invoice or a handover certificate
- To collect: an identity card and the waybill number from the text message
Frequently asked questions
How is bulky but light cargo charged?
One cubic metre counts as 250 kg. The actual weight is set against the volume weight, and you pay for the greater. Sofa cushions weighing 40 kg and taking up 0.3 m³, for example, are charged as 75 kg.
What is the heaviest thing I can send?
Up to 1,500 kg on the tariff. For anything heavier a van or a truck is hired whole: fill in the quote form and we will name the price within 2 working hours.
What if the receiver does not collect in time?
The shipment waits at the branch for 5 days free of charge; each day after that costs ₼1. We text the receiver on the day it arrives and again on day 3.
When does cargo go to Nakhchivan?
By air from Baku on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. It costs ₼1.80 per kg with a minimum of ₼15. Pallets are not flown to Nakhchivan.

In the eight cities with a branch, pickup costs ₼6 for up to 50 kg. You choose the time window: 09:00–12:00, 12:00–15:00 or 15:00–18:00.
