International road freight
Full truckloads and groupage from Turkey, Georgia, Russia, Europe and Central Asia. Our 46 tractor units pull tilt, reefer and container trailers.
Most cargo moves on our own 46 tractor units; when all of them are out, we book trucks from contracted hauliers. A full truck is sealed at the sender’s door and stays sealed on the way. Groupage is consolidated at our warehouses in Istanbul, Moscow and Nuremberg and leaves on fixed days.
What the service includes
- Collection from the sender’s warehouse, or receipt at our consolidation warehouse
- The CMR waybill and a TIR carnet or T1 transit declaration
- Carrier’s liability (CMR) cover of up to €250,000 per truckload
- Border crossings and arrival at the terminal are logged on the tracking page
- 24 hours for loading and 48 hours for unloading and customs in Azerbaijan are in the price
- Delivery to the consignee’s warehouse in Baku or the regions

Full-truck prices on the routes page are for loads of up to 20 t. Agree anything between 20 and 22 t with the dispatcher: axle-load limits differ from country to country.

Routes, transit times and prices
Transit time is door to door. The price is where a quote starts for carriage from the point named to the Baku terminal; the exact figure depends on the weight, the size and the date.

Documents you need
- The sales contract and the commercial invoice
- A packing list: number of pieces, weight and size of each
- The export declaration of the country of dispatch
- A certificate of origin, if there is one
- A phytosanitary or veterinary certificate for food and plant products
- For dangerous goods, the safety data sheet (MSDS) and the ADR class
Frequently asked questions
How soon is a truck at the sender’s door?
In Turkey and Georgia within 24–48 hours of your confirming the quote, in Europe within 2–4 working days. The dispatcher gives the sender the exact hour the day before loading.
My cargo is less than a pallet. Will you take it?
From 100 kg we take it as groupage: it only has to reach our warehouse in Istanbul, Moscow or Nuremberg. For anything lighter and urgent, air freight makes more sense; the minimum there is 45 kg.
Who is liable if the cargo is damaged?
We are, as the carrier. Under the CMR Convention liability is limited by the weight of the goods, and our policy pays up to €250,000 per truckload. For goods worth a lot per kilogram we insure the cargo at full value; the premium is a separate line in the quote.
Do you carry chilled and dangerous goods?
Our 9 reefers hold anything from −25 °C to +25 °C, and you get the temperature printout at unloading. Under ADR we carry classes 2, 3, 4.1, 5.1, 6.1, 8 and 9. We do not take classes 1 and 7.
