The Baku terminal, an office at the port of Alat and seven city branches. We accept and hand out shipments in eight cities. Each branch is listed below with its address, its hours and the cut-off for a shipment to leave the same evening.

Opening hours and cut-off times
A shipment handed in before the cut-off leaves the same evening; anything later goes on the next working day. Where a branch closes early on a Saturday or a Sunday, closing time is the cut-off.

Collecting a shipment from a branch
When the shipment reaches the branch, the receiver gets a text message with a four-digit code. We keep it for 5 days free of charge, then storage is ₼1 a day.
- An identity card, a passport or a driving licence
- The waybill number or the four-digit code from the text message
- Collecting for someone else: the receiver’s code and your own identity card
- For a shipment addressed to a company: a stamped letter of authority and the company’s tax ID
- If the receiver pays the freight: cash or a bank card
Can’t get to the branch?
A courier collects from your address: ₼6 up to 50 kg. You choose the day and a three-hour window.
