The office is in the port’s administration building. A truck enters the port only with a gate pass, which we order one working day ahead.
- The original bill of lading or CMR waybill
- A stamped letter of authority from the cargo owner
- The customs declaration number (if we file the declaration, it is ready at the office)
- The truck’s registration plate, the driver’s name and identity card number
