Frequently asked questions

When do you receive trucks?

Monday to Saturday, 08:00–22:00, by booked slot. The dispatcher confirms the slot a day ahead; a truck that arrives on time waits 35 minutes on average for a free dock.

Do you store chilled or frozen goods?

No. The warehouse is dry and unheated; on the racks it stays between +8 and +28 °C all year. Goods that arrive by reefer are moved to delivery vehicles within 12 hours, not stored.

Are the goods insured?

Yes. Goods in the warehouse are insured against fire, flooding and theft at the value you declare; the premium is in the storage price.

By what time must I order for same-day dispatch?

By 12:00 for delivery in Baku. An order for the regions placed by 16:00 leaves on the evening truck and is at the branch in the morning.
