One rule for every test in the order: we took the strictest.

12 hours after your last meal, on an empty stomach. Water is fine.
The sample is taken before 10:00
No alcohol and no fatty food the day before.
No hard exercise the day before.
Take your thyroid pill that morning after the blood test.
No biotin (B7) or vitamin mixes with it for 2 days.
The first urine after waking, after washing, the middle part into a sterile cup; bring it within 2 hours.
Not during a period; 2 days after it ends.
