Preparation
- 10 hours after your last meal, on an empty stomach. Water is fine.
- The sample is taken before 10:00
- The test takes 2 hours: you wait seated at the branch, with no food, smoking or walking about.
- No smoking for 1 hour before the sample.
- No hard exercise the day before.
