We run any of the 29 courses in the catalogue as a separate group for your team: at the academy, at your office or online. A closed group starts from 6 people; payment is by contract and invoice.
Training formats
A catalogue course in a closed group
The programme, hours and certificate are the same as in an open group; we agree the days and times with you. One group of 6 to 20 people.
A programme for your company
First a one-hour talk with the team’s manager and a short test, then we write the programme around your own data and documents. 8 to 120 hours.
Places in open groups
With fewer than 6 people your staff join the groups in the timetable. At the company price, with an attendance report and a handover certificate.

What the Labour Code says about training at work
Based on the Labour Code text in force in October 2026.
- The employer’s right
- Article 11: the employer may organise additional education for employees to raise their professional skills and qualifications.
- The employee’s right
- Article 9: the employee has the right to raise their skills, learn a new trade and raise their qualification. Article 12: men and women are treated equally in this.
- Appraisal
- Article 65: when an employee’s fitness for the post is assessed, the results of training in the last 5 years are taken into account. Our certificates can be checked by number on this site.

Questions
What do we need at our office?
A projector or a large screen and a desk for each participant. Courses on a computer (Excel, Power BI, SQL, 1C) need a laptop for everyone; we check the software is installed before the first lesson.
Do you teach outside Baku?
Yes. There is no travel charge in Baku, Sumgait and Khirdalan; for other towns the instructor’s travel and stay are a separate line in the offer.
What if someone misses lessons?
They get the recording (online groups) and the materials. Anyone at fewer than 80% of lessons gets no certificate but appears in the attendance report.
Can the programme change later?
Free of charge before the first lesson. After the lessons start, changing a module costs nothing if the hours stay the same.
How is payment made?
By contract and invoice, by bank transfer. The sum in the calculator is final: the invoice is for the same amount.
