60 minutes, in the office, by video or by phone. If you instruct us within 30 days, the meeting fee comes off your first invoice.

Fixed-fee services
Work whose scope is known in advance. A “from” price is settled by the size of the job and confirmed in writing after the first meeting. State fees and notary costs are charged separately, at cost.

How billing works
- Engagement letter
- The scope, the fee, who will work on it and how you will be invoiced are set out in the engagement letter.
- Invoices
- Once a month, with a statement of hours. Payment within 10 working days, by bank transfer or card.
- Advance
- For court work and fixed-fee services, 50% of the fee is paid when work starts.
- Expenses
- State fees, notary, apostille, courier and translation at cost, with receipts.
- Success fee
- Only in disputes and only together with a fixed fee: up to 10% of the amount recovered.
