In most cases, yes: you sign a power of attorney where you live, it is apostilled, and we do the rest. Some bank or register steps may need you in person, and we tell you so at the start.

The draft and going with you to the notary cost ₼300; the notary charges separately. If the property is in several countries, we work by the hour.
We read your papers and tell you what can be done, how long it will take and what it will cost. If you instruct us within 30 days, the meeting fee comes off your first invoice.
