We act for employers: HR paperwork, dismissals and redundancies, disciplinary cases and disputes with staff. We take foreign employees’ work and residence permits from start to finish and obtained 290 permits in 2025.

The work below has a fixed fee. Everything else is billed by the hour or for a total agreed in the engagement letter.

We gave the document list in three languages, checked the apostilles and filed the applications in four batches.
All permits were issued within 7 weeks; no application was sent back.

In our work 4–6 weeks once the papers are complete. Apostilles on diplomas and certificates from abroad take the longest, so we hand you the list on day one.
Before anyone signs anything, send us the employment contract, the orders and any warnings. One wrong step can end with a court reinstating the employee.
We do not keep personnel records, but on a monthly retainer we check the papers, draft orders and answer questions within one working day.
We read your papers and tell you what can be done, how long it will take and what it will cost. If you instruct us within 30 days, the meeting fee comes off your first invoice.
