A glass office tower seen from below

We work on loan and security documents, licensing of payment institutions and anti-money-laundering policies. We have acted for banks and for borrowing companies, so in negotiations we know what the other side will accept.

What we do

  • Loan agreements and syndicated loans
  • Pledges, mortgages, guarantees and share pledges
  • Licence applications for payment and e-money institutions
  • Anti-money-laundering policies and customer due diligence rules
  • Preparing for a regulator’s inspection
  • Restructuring troubled loans

Who comes to us

Local banks and credit organisations, payment services, construction and hotel projects taking loans.

Questions clients ask

Can you review a loan agreement before we sign?

Yes. We look hardest at rate changes, events of default and how much security is asked for. Usually 3–5 working days, and then we can join the talks with the bank.

Do you write AML policies from scratch?

Yes, based on the company’s real customers and products. A template policy does not survive an inspection, so we first spend 2–3 meetings learning how the business works.

The bank wants to change the loan terms. What now?

Send us the agreement and the bank’s letter before signing anything. We tell you whether the bank may make that change and what you could offer instead.

A first meeting is 60 minutes and starts at ₼100

We read your papers and tell you what can be done, how long it will take and what it will cost. If you instruct us within 30 days, the meeting fee comes off your first invoice.
